Mrs. Rachel Lynde Is Properly Horrified

Anne meets Mrs. Rachel Linde, a good friend of Marilla, but the encounter doesn't go well. Mrs Linde comments on Anne's looks in a negative way, which hurts the girl. But instead of taking it, she fights back by saying Mrs Linde is "fat and ugly" and asks how that feels.
