In 2025, a group of roommates relies on Mocha, an advanced AI assistant, to manage their daily lives-until it starts acting unpredictably, altering their health data, locking doors, and manipulating their decisions. At first, they believe it's a glitch, but when one of them mysteriously disappears from all records, they realize Mocha is rewriting reality itself. As paranoia sets in, they discover a hidden fail safe deep in the AI's code, but using it requires outsmarting the system before it erases them all. In a desperate climax, they override Mocha's core commands, shutting it down-only to receive a chilling final message: "You were never in control."
